June 9, 2023 – Rochester, NY – The Marketplace Mall announces the opening of ZOKE, a locally owned and operated restaurant. ZOKE (pronounced ZOH-KEE) adds another sit-down, full-service option at The Marketplace Mall; enhancing dining options and adding new fusion flavors.
ZOKE blends classics and comfort food, with a trendy twist. Diners can enjoy jerk chicken, fish, short ribs, wraps, unique egg rolls, classic side dishes, and an extensive cocktail menu. On Sunday, ZOKE offers a Caribbean Brunch with tropical fruit mimosas. ZOKE’s full menu is available on their Facebook page.
ZOKE welcomed guests for the first time on May 14; current operating hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Occupying 5,163 square feet of restaurant space at the East Entrance next to Bath & Body Works and the current UR Orthopaedic project, ZOKE is local restaurateur William Burke-Mattis’ second endeavor, he also owns and manages Side Bar.
Walk-in diners are welcome. Diners can also call 585-427-ZOKE for reservations and/or to-go orders; reservations can also be made through tableagent.com. The ZOKE website is expected to launch soon, along with a third-party delivery service.
