The Marketplace Mall

The Marketplace Mall is home to anchors JCPenney and Dick’s Sporting Goods, and big box Sportsman’s Warehouse, IndyKart Raceway, and Dave & Buster’s. These destinations are complimented by nationally recognized retailers. In November 2019, The Marketplace Mall announced a partnership with The University of Rochester Medical Center; URMC repurposed the former Sears Wing into a state-of-the-art Orthopaedic Campus and has since opened. The transformative development will reinvent the property for mixed-use, providing retail, entertainment, and services under one roof.
